Welcome to the housemates page for 811 N. Tioga St. We have a system for connecting like-minded personable, clean, and responsible individuals to rent our large, mostly three bedroom apartments. As a result, most of our residents are doctoral candidates, graduate students, or local professionals. We sometimes have families or couples who share a large apartment.
We have a special lease that limits the liability of each housemate for the others, unlike the standard full joint-and-several lease signed by most roommate groups. The key to making this work is for everyone involved to be open and honest about all the particulars, such as the actual conditions of each apartment and the facilities, as well as the lifestyles, schedules, and preferences of potential housemates.
